Making a Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we will need to satisfy the order.


We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.


We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We take payment at time of order. Any items that may be out of stock will be back-ordered automatically, if you are not happy to wait we can offer alternatives or refund part/all order cost. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the internet.


Please take your time when entering your credit card details as we receive many orders with incorrect details.





Shipping + Handling


Shipping is FREE to UK destinations for orders over £35. Postage is charged at £1.95 for UK orders under £35. there are other postage options available - these can be chosen in the checkout process.


For all orders to other EU counties including Eire variable shipping charges apply and can be found before checkout.





Delivery Schedule


We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order in five business days. International orders are generally received in under seven business days. Please note that as we have multiple stock locations, your items may arrive in more than one delivery.





Back Orders


If you item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait - please check your emails regularly for any contact we may make.





Tax Charges


For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.


Please note we are not responsible for import tax or duty to countries where this is applied - this is payable upon delivery by the addressee. We reserve the right to not refund any of the order value if delivery is refused and items are returned to us.





Credit Card Security


We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a minimum of one year's manufacturers' guarantee.





Damaged Items


If your item is received in a damaged condition, please telephone us on +44 (0)1636 817877 to obtain an RMA number and we will supply you with the address for the items to returned to. Once these damaged items have been received, we arrange to either send you a replacement or to refund your account up to the value of the damaged goods returned.

Price Match Guarantee


Simply Incense does not recognise Ebay or Amazon or any other online auction site as part of its Price Match Guarantee. Prices have to be held at a lower price on the website in question for a minimum of 28 days before applicable for any Price Match. Items from other sites that appear to be in a sale cannot be presented to us for a price match. Simply incense will endeavour to price match case by case where possible but the final decision is held with us.
